CONCEPT
Olivo (Italian for olive tree) is a one-man-company that sells handcraft products mostly made of olive wood, with a nice and simple design, partially of own production.
We mean to be a connection between North and South of Europe.
We both sell engros and detail.
POLICY
A) PRODUCTS' QUALITY: The quality of the articles must be good and that is granted from the choice of materials and deliverers. Clients can return and change the products up to one month after the purchase.
B) SERVICE: The contact with the clients is based on honesty, clarity and flexibility. The company will offer folders with advice and address.
C) SUSTAINABILITY: The materials used for the production must be of no or minimum damage for the environment.
